I don't know how to test it so is being sold as. Shipping for the continental USA only.m Delco starter for Corvette.

There seems to be a piece missing. These go for quite a bit but since I don't know if it works i'm going to let much less than other ones i've scene advertised. It came in a box an appears to be re-built but I can't 100 positive. I picked this up at an offer.

I take pictures of each item as it is being wrapped so have a record that was packed properly before shipping. It may be the solenoid. Please look very carefully at all the pictures before buying.
