It is dirty so will need a cleaning. I once owned too many vehicles to remember what it was for or came off from. This has been in my storage for many years Buick, 49-52 Gmc, 52-54 henry j, 48-50 Nash 6 50 statesman Rambler. Having been so long ago, it may still be good and not.

It is not marked 6 volt, but I have 2 other coils with very similar part numbers that are 6v, and old used from various vehicles listed. See all 9 photos. I pulled many working parts prior to selling vehicles for scrap iron.
