No movement at top. Offered is a super rare Cirello magneto distributor. Does have some minor paint loss and chipping where the cap sits but still locks in place indexes.

Installed items are non-returnable items selling over made in USA costar mesa ca. Turns freely does have wobble at bottom but could be perfectly normal on this piece. Shaft measures about 4/3 4.
