Details:

The reproductions have nice ear shaped metal integral with frame. So it seems just like what they would have done. It suffers from minor paint loss on edges, one scratch at end - easily sanded out and sprayed with spray.

I do not have a show car and use battery disconnect which need making contact with grounding frame cross bar on the corner of alone but it should't sit my shelf. Note: I do not know that this is original. No corrosion and rust, bends, breaks.

Its up to you guys determine that i'm on the right track. Tears are spot welded to the frame and note one corner does not come together tight as that is where there weld was made.
