According to my Auto-lite catalog, this is oem for:packard 1937: 15 1501, and 1502 super straight eight model's the shaft spins freely by hand but a little sticky. A used Auto-lite eight cylinder ignition distributor that I got at an offer of vintage car parts. Nothing looks broken.
