You are buying a original nos Lucas sport coil 12v sa 12 45056l manufacture date 7 73 and matches with the box. The little package is a screw on nut cap for secondary wire connection to the distributor. This is known as red top, a very popular after market accessory to boost the car's performance for the 50's and 60's. I forgot to take photo of brass split washer.
