I can not read the cast part no. I do combine multiple win items and combine reduce shipping charges. This distributor features both centyrifical advance and vacuum advance functions.

Some '54 Ford Merck use a slotted type shaft.

To receive approximate shipping cost. Bearing plate. The vacuum advance unit is new, as are the points, condenser this distributor is a direct replacement for all 1957 and up y block motors.

This distributor works well with early y block carb conversions replacing the original Holley tea pot haystack carbs with the later 1957 and up 4000 series 2 and 4 bbl, more reliable carbs.

I purchased this unit from a closed down Ford parts dealer. Although not shown, I will include a new rotor and distributor cap with the distributor. This distributor works with the later '57 and up, 5 pound vacuum advance systems, where the original y blocks operated with a 15 pound vacuum advance system. This is warning the user to be sure the oil pump shaft, in his vehicle matches mates the hex type at the bottom of this distributor.
