Details:

I have not tried to use this distributor so I do not know if the electronics work or not. Again, the shaft feels tight and the gear is in good condition so it probably has had very little use. This distributor came out of an estate of a well known trans am drag racer from the late 60's early 70's.

There were numerous Holman moody components as well as rare factory Ford parts. They identified it as a Boss 429 nascar or AP. The bronze gear is in good condition with little wear. I sent pictures and measurements to Boss performance in Spokane, WA for identification.

Up for offer today is an original Ford experimental tach drive, electronic distributor for a Boss they used the measurements and part number to compare it with known numbers. The wiring has been spliced as seen in the photos. The part number is xf the distributor is in good condition with a nice, tight shaft. The part number didn't appear in their Xe books.
